Customer Request
Engel & Völkers, our loyal customer, contacted us to organize a team building day on the occasion of the 10 years of activity in the ENGEL area of ??Milan with several branches involved.ù
We proposed our team building activity: Movie Making & Spot. This activity involves the training of the work team representing fictitious advertising agencies who are commissioned to create an advertising spot on a specific theme and with a predefined purpose.
The teams worked on the project by dividing the roles within the agency and following the steps suggested by our advertising expert and activity trainer: starting from brainstorming, then "putting the ideas on paper" in the storyboard, up to shooting with the video camera and finally the editing of the spot with the help of our professional videomakers.
In addition to organizing the team building, we also took care of the choice of the location and the final award ceremony in perfect SPOT AWARDS style with real personalized oscars!
We also created an emotional video as a reminder of the whole day.
Achieved Objectives
The participants showed great enthusiasm thanks to the activities we proposed. The customer was satisfied with the fact that he was able to achieve the goals he had set himself, that is to involve his team by stimulating everyone's creativity.
