International insurance leader Generali again asked us to organize a two-day incentive trip outside Milan. The goal was for employees to have a relaxing, fun experience focused on cohesion among employees, with team-building activities designed for high-end guests.

As a destination, we had no doubts: surrounded by a relaxing and beautiful landscape, Franciacorta would surely have a way of offering guests prestigious activities and relaxation.

Every detail of the stay was taken care of with masterful attention: 5-star hotel with spa, visit to the most prestigious wineries in the area and starred dinner with dedicated menu. For the team building, we wanted to focus on an original and innovative activity: the creation of statues with ice. The method required for the creation of these sculptures inexorably brings teams together by strengthening leadership, planning and coordination among participants.

Appreciation for the creativity and detailed organization of the event

The 2 days full of experiences, rejuvenating and enjoyable, but also challenging and competitive, fully satisfied the colleagues from the Generali department who participated in the incentive trip. Especially appreciated was the innovative ice building activity, both for its originality and for the symbolic message regarding the importance of group cohesion and vision.
