Our loyal client Bip chi contacted to organize a sustainable incentive trip for its Transformation 4.0 group that would include team-building activities and land-related leisure time for employees.

Immersed in the nature of the Langhe
We searched for a luxury property in Piedmont's Langhe region that would allow guests a relaxing stay surrounded by nature and far from the hustle and bustle of the city. Bip's employees stayed in a wonderful 16th-century villa, home to a renowned 2-Michelin-star gourmet restaurant and equipped with a spa. To meet the demand for sustainable activities, we organized a guided tour with subsequent tasting in a local wine cellar, which gave an extra boost to the next team building activity: a team cooking during which the employees, divided into teams challenged each other in the preparation of some typical Piedmontese dishes.
In addition to wine, Piedmont is also known and appreciated for another of its delicacies: the truffle! We decided that the participants, however, would have to conquer it by personally going to search for it in the bush surrounding the relais.
Accompanied by an experienced guide and his highly trained dog, the guests tried their hand at this fun truffle hunt that yielded them the flavors they would soon find on their plates.

An incentive trip amid flavors and nature
During the two-day incentive trip, guests tried their hand at cooking and truffle hunting without missing out on relaxing moments and delicious meals, rediscovering themselves as a team and reinvigorating their cohesion.
