In order to plan the perfect activity to meet the client's needs, we provided the team with a customised consultancy service. We asked the participants to fill in a questionnaire that would allow us to identify the most important focal points to be addressed in organising a theatrical performance designed to 'represent' the company's reality. Naturally, we thoroughly analysed the answers provided to our questionnaire in the briefing and debriefing phase. The theatrical staging experience was intense and truly unique, an unusual approach to team building, which combined a profoundly formative aspect with the need to enhance the human connection within the work group.
