C&A Flashmob

We organised a peculiar team building for C&A, after the conclusion of their meeting.
The peculiarity of the activity that we proposed is the fact that it is strongly connected with the inner company strategies which included the new company's claim launch, a jingle and a communication campaign that had a strong impact since September.
We chose the city of Verona as a location, which already has two shops. This team building activity, which was developed in the centre to involve a major number of participants and to give more visibility to the brand, aimed at amusing and engaging at the same time to make the team more cohesive.
As we already had C&A's company jingle, after arranging it again we realised some tutorial video made by our music and dance coaches. Then we showed them to the participants to prepare them to a real flashmob.
The event took place in an amazing square which is known worldwide and which is a crossing point for groups of tourists and citizens.
