The client request
A creative team building for 60 employees
We were contacted by BSH Elettrodomestici S.p.A, in order to organize a Bike Building for 60 employees. The idea behind this activity was to have the participants build something together that would last over time, reminding them of the togetherness and cohesion of that moment. A second request was to leave room for the creativity of the people who would have to present their construction.
The Team Building Milano proposal
A personalized Bike Building
We chose a venue outside the center of Milan in a large, bright space that would allow participants to focus and express all their creativity.
We divided the 60 participants into 8 teams to which they were distributed the components to make the bicycles and in unison they started the assembly following the directives of the experts. The bicycles were then customized by each team with paints, crayons and DIY materials.
We did not let the rain stop us outside; in fact, we set up professional rollers for indoor cycling training and organized a small friendly competition. The relay race excited and involved all employees who enjoyed cheering for their team.

A sensational team building!
The customization of the bicycles was a success. The teams were participative and enthusiastic about the activity that exceeded customer expectations. Employees experienced an important moment of cohesion and collaboration that resulted in a second Orienteering team building in June of the same year
