Team building activity between collaboration and fun

Fit Prime, a loyal client, sought us out to orchestrate their usual summer pre-holiday event. A gathering of 65 employees that would begin with a meeting, followed by a team building activity to promote collaboration and fun. The event was to end in a buffet dinner with musical entertainment.

For this client, a unique experience was set up: an enchanting location nestled in the Roman countryside, ideal for Fit Prime's year-end corporate event. In this idyllic setting, a meeting was held before the team building, followed by a refreshment break with dry pastries and savory delicacies, as well as leisure moments such as table tennis and a swimming pool. The highlight was the "Paint Company": divided into teams, participants painted blank canvases, illustrating company values with materials provided, in a friendly competition, in which each group had to work without peeping at whatever the others were painting. Eventually, the 9 canvases were assembled into one large design, representing the world of Fit Prime, with a striking and meaningful effect that reinforced team spirit and corporate identity.

The event was an extraordinary success, exceeding all expectations and leaving the client ecstatic. The team building dynamic we had carefully chosen for this special occasion offered participants a unique platform to fully express their creativity. Through stimulating and engaging activities, each individual had the opportunity to showcase his or her skills while helping to strengthen the bond with other team members. This brought out a deep sense of belonging to the company, highlighting the importance of collaboration and teamwork.
