The Client’s Request

A creative team building, sized for a large group

The enquiry came through another Milan corporate event venue originally selected by the client, yet ultimately too small for the expected number of attendees. Once direct contact was established, several corporate team building concepts were explored, including natural soap and candle making, kokedama and creative upcycling. The activity was scheduled from 9.30 am to 12 pm, followed by a shared lunch.

Bespoke fragrance workshop for Perfetti Van Melle’s team

After carefully reviewing all constraints, it became clear that some of the initial ideas were not feasible: the group size was too large for soap and candle making, the timeframe too tight to source all plants required for kokedama, and creative upcycling did not fully convince the client. The focus shifted to a fragrance creation team building session, aligned with the desire for an original and engaging experience. Each participant crafted a personal scent, taking home a small keepsake from the morning. The selected farm venue in Milan for business events offered spacious rooms and an in house restaurant, fully suited to the agenda. The programme remained straightforward: welcome coffee, fragrance workshop, convivial lunch on site.

Achieved Results

A new format successfully launched

This project marked the launch of a new format developed with a new supplier. Feedback was encouraging: participants showed genuine engagement and interest in the fragrance theme. The client appreciated the alternative solution and considered it consistent with the original brief and objectives, reinforcing confidence in this business oriented team building experience.
