Aims: Organise a team building to increase teamwork
Alleanza Assicurazioni, our loyal customer, asked us to organise a summer team building for the work's area of Florence. The fantastic group of 59 "talents", selected by the area manager, have challenged in those we have called "Alleanza Beach Games" in Viareggio.
The participants competed in many different sport activities in the magnificent Tuscan landscape. In the morning, on the beach in Viareggio, we organised competitions of tug of war, human table football and blind game, a game based on trust. In the afternoon the group moved to the Lake Massaciuccoli where the day ended with a dragon boat race, using historic Florentine boats.
