For the team-building experience, we suggested a unique sailing adventure with one of our trusted local partners, who specialise in such activities in Desenzano. The programme was crafted to encourage interaction among the participants, blending theoretical learning with hands-on, practical experiences. The day kicked off with an introductory briefing, followed by technical exercises designed to prepare everyone for the regatta. Once divided into teams, the participants embarked on the boats to compete in the race. The event concluded with a relaxed aperitif, allowing everyone to unwind and socialise.
