A sustainable challenge to unite employees: the client had requested an environmentally themed team building activity. They wanted to reinforce the green spirit they were promoting in their air conditioning and heating company. We had to find a way to involve all the staff in a concrete sustainability project.

The recycle building challenge

The sustainable team building activity we designed, appropriately dubbed "recycle building," successfully engaged all employees. The goal was to transform plastic waste into useful items for the office. Participants, divided into teams, worked with recycled panels and turned them into functional and creative products. Each group proudly displayed their invention. A coffee pod container for the cafeteria area won first prize, but the real triumph was the continued use of all the products in the office, which found an everyday function. An introductory meeting with a coffee break was held before the activity to encourage socialisation. This experience strengthened the team, combining fun and commitment to sustainability in an atmosphere of collaboration and creativity, improving morale and internal cohesion.

A useful and engaging team-building experience

We delivered a lively and engaging team-building experience: through fun and collaboration, we strengthened relationships among employees while hitting ambitious goals. In addition, by using recycled materials to create useful items, our event had a positive impact on the environment.
