Customer Request
The client N26, a direct bank with its headquarter in Germany, which offers financial services to the Eurozone customers, contacted us to organize a team building which strengthen the team spirit among the participants and which developed their creativity.
We proposed a team building Spot to achieve this objective, which consists in the realisation of a creative spot related to a specific topic by the teams, stimulating the job inside a real advertising agency.
During the activity, after dividing the participants into teams, they've been appointed with a topic on which they had to ideate the advertising spot. The topic was a theme about which the bank cared a lot and which they wanted to convey: that is a human bank, close to each one needs.
Some slogan examples are: the simple bank, the bank which adapts to your lifestyle, your bank could be sexy, the bank that will conquer you.
The teams behaved as if they were really working inside an advertising agency.
The first phase of the job was realising a Storyboard with the help of the communication expert selected by us, to describe their spot.
Then the teams went outdoor to realise the spots' shootings, helped by a professional videomaker, and to make them more realistic.
The last phase of the activity consisted in presenting the spots realised.
Achieved Objectives
This team building activity is perfect to strengthen the team spirit, enlighten the leadership and stimulate the participants' creativity.
The client was very satisfied of the results because the initial objective was completely achieved.
