Quattroruote Professional reached out to us with a pioneering vision: a team building venture to amplify their annual gathering, focusing on company values, in order to boost team spirit and encourage effective collaboration within the workforce. The event was aimed at their 180 Italybased employees' and it was meant to highlight shared commitment and aspirations.

The Smart Eventi proposal

Car building

Enticing activities were proposed and one was selected that perfectly aligned with Quattroruote Professional's line of work and the event's theme, “Build your future.” The chosen exercise was a “car building” competition, where teams constructed and raced cardboard cars, mutually fostering camaraderie, collaboration, and amusement. We devised this activity specifically for Quattroruote, as a car-themed variation of other similar races we have already successfully organised for multiple team-building clients.
