To celebrate the end of the business year, SMA Italia Srl, contacted us to organize a relaxing two-day incentive trip to a location that was surrounded by greenery with the aim of sharing the company's achievements with its many Italian partners.

For this occasion we found a perfect location in Franciacorta that would allow guests a relaxing stay full of activities. In fact, during the stay we organized for the employees of SMA Italia Srl a very fun car building activity that allowed the participants to bond by dividing into teams and building racing cars with which to challenge each other in a friendly outdoor race among the villa's vineyards. Not only racing though, the guests were in fact able to visit a prestigious winery in the area and taste its wines in the company of a local sommelier, at the end of which a typical dinner with cakes and desserts personalized with the company's logo could not be missed.

The perfect conclusion could only be made with personalized cadeaux and well-organized transfers. The client was very satisfied with the experience, and the employees managed to make connections with colleagues from all over Italy thanks to the fun activities and team building sharing moments.
