STMicroelectronics
STMicroelectronics Quiz Game, Lego Building and Ghost Hunt
Date: September 13th-14th-15th, 2017
Duration: 3 giorni
Aims: - Scouting location - Team buildings' organisation
We organised 3 days of team building for our customer STMicroelectronics, in occasion of the annual meeting of the Financial Control area, which hosted almost 20 guests.
The aim was to create some moments of recreation during these engaging days from the professional point of view and to strengthen the team spirit among the participants, who had to collaborate in amusing and involving activities.
Concerning the first day we organised a quiz game during the evening; in fact it was developed during dinner to entertain the guests. Moreover we organised some arcade games to enrich the activity and to add other engaging but amusing challenges.
On the second day we organised a Lego Building during the afternoon: the first group was divided into 4 teams who had to build a Carry container by LEGO Technic using all their technical and manual abilities and showing their collaboration capability towards a common objective. The activity was very useful even from a formative point of view because some interesting cues emerged and they were pointed out by our trainer and then shared by the company too.
The last activity was the original Ghost Hunt, which was developed during the third day: the group was divided into teams and we gave them some Ipads to overcome the trials.
After dinner we show the guests a video which was instantly edited using photos and videos autogenerated from the teams themselves using the Ipad we gave them.
All the activity were in English for the foreign guests.
