This team building activity plays out some of the most common group dynamics that can be found in a work environment, re-enacting them metaphorically and resolving them, thus offering a set of strategies that can be used to improve the quality of workplace relationships.
The main goal of this programme is to equip the participants – as individuals and as a team – with the knowledge of what determines a team’s success. We will focus on the processes that make a company productive and achieve results. The concepts of vision, shared goals, the quality of group communication and, above all, problem-solving, will also be touched upon. All of this will happen in a fun and playful context.
Lego Building is an innovative experience, specifically designed to improve problem-solving, productivity and blue-sky thinking. When you start “thinking with your hands”, you have much to contribute to a team’s creative effort.
The most important part of the day is the de-briefing that occurs at the end: this is the time for planning future strategies and setting goals for the team to achieve in their day-to-day activities.
We propose two different formats:
- Lego City: Each team will have the task of conceiving and building a neighborhood for the ideal city. The ultimate goal is to unite all the neighborhoods that will compose the perfect corporate city. This format can be created using tablets as building material, deepening our CITY BUILDING!
- LEGO® Serious Play: During the activity, you will be guided by a specialized facilitator through a training course using LEGO bricks as a metaphor.
