LEGO Building is an immersive and experiential activity meticulously designed to cultivate creativity, enhance problem-solving capabilities, and bolster organisational performance.
Participants, divided into teams, are invited to construct a ‘corporate city’ using LEGO bricks, confronting challenges that foster collaboration, ingenuity and effective communication. Each team is tasked with designing and erecting a structure that embodies the company’s core values and strategic objectives, working collectively to overcome obstacles and optimise cooperative effort.
The concluding debriefing constitutes an essential component of the experience. During this reflective phase, teams analyse their creative process, extract key insights, and formulate an action plan to integrate the concepts and practices explored into their everyday professional endeavours.
