The client requested a socially oriented team building, different from usual formats, finishing the day with a convivial dinner in a space where participants could spend time together and interact freely. The goal was to combine relaxation, shared moments, and meaningful activities that strengthened team spirit, while enjoying a welcoming and stimulating environment.

Our Proposal

Kokedama and social bonding: a creative team building

The chosen team building activity was the ancient Japanese art of Kokedama, consisting in the creation of small floral arrangements, and highly appreciated as participants could take home a small keepsake. To align with the social theme, we chose a famously socially-conscious and sustainable venue. Here we planned a small gathering, with drinks and dinne, allowing participants to stay late, enjoy music and take part in board games they curated themselves, fostering freedom, spontaneity, and authentic team interaction.
