A snowshoe hike with R1 among the white snows Schilpario.
It was an intense and challenging team building for participants who have ventured into a walk on snowshoes.
A team-building of this type puts to the test the team spirit and has the clear objective to foster cooperation among the members of the group.
It was a highly formative experience and has been able to give to the employees of R1 a day of personal and collective growth.
