Aims: The goal in this case, was to give a morning at leisure to employees in order to allow the group to get more united and . After the activity we saw creating a strong emotional exchange between all participants, telling their own impressions in joke!. Goal totally hit!
Banco do Brasil is one of the oldest and most prestigious banks not only in Brazil but in the entire South American continent. With more than 100,000 employees worldwide, the bank has helped the Brazilian government to fund projects to help the fight against poverty several times.
The Milan branch of Banco Do Brasil contacted us because was interested in Team Building activities for its employees.
We listened to the description of their working environment and the goals they wanted to achieve. When we proposed the SoftAir there was much excitement at once.
The activity was carried out in total safety of all participants were really excited. The team was able to demonstrate the ability to get more coordination and speed of movements.
