Aims: An action team building like the airsot generally sets as goals , to develop the organizational capacity of a team in rapidly changing situations, paying particular attention to the management of time and space . The goal, as well as giving an incentive to employees , was to improve the team spirit and the ability to make group in particular situations.
The rain has not stopped neither we nor the employees of the Dorchester Collection; the group of the Sultanate of Brunei which manages 10 hotels, probably the most luxurious in the world, including one in Milan: Principe Di Savoia.
Abandoned the sumptuous halls of their lovely workplaces, the boys of the Principe di Savoia found themselves immersed in an experience that has actually changed and left in them something that will last for long time.
This session Airsoft, took place over a morning and put to the test the ability to co-ordination of the team.
The aim was the capture the flag with the company logo. Armed and equipped secure participants have ventured into an experience that is something more than a simple incentive.
