An engaging and meaningful activity for the team
The client requested the organisation of a corporate team building activity designed to offer participants a unique day immersed in nature. The primary objective was to strengthen team spirit through a meaningful and highly engaging outdoor experience, fostering collaboration, creativity, and motivation among team members.
Our Proposal
Sustainable team building blending environmental awareness and creativity
We proposed a sustainability-focused team building experience called Eco Design, combining direct contact with nature and tangible social impact. Participants took part in a collaborative challenge: cleaning the surrounding area and repurposing materials to create design pieces and functional objects. The activity encouraged cooperation, creativity, and environmental awareness, delivering a meaningful and memorable experience that balanced enjoyment with social responsibility.

The initiative strengthened collaboration and promoted natural communication in a positive, informal setting. Engagement with nature and involvement in a concrete project nurtured a sense of belonging and motivation, reinforcing the values of sustainability and the importance of teamwork.
