Duration: 3 giorni
Aims: Transforming corporate leadership into a catalyst for sustainability and positive social impact.
The Client's Request
Creative recycling for sustainable management
The client need us to design an innovative and meaningful team building experience for their area directors from across the country. They specifically wanted an activity that combined creativity and sustainability, using recycled materials to create valuable objects for charity. The project involved a travelling format divided into 9 stages, each hosting approximately 120 participants, where teamwork transformed into a concrete gesture of social responsibility.
Our Proposal
A shared circular economy experience
We enthusiastically embraced the challenge of designing a customised team building experience, creating a brand new format that perfectly responded to the client’s expectations. The activity we suggested represented an innovative synthesis of sustainability, creativity and solidarity. Participants, organised into 12 teams of 10 people each, engaged in the creative transformation of reused materials - from plastic bottles to tin containers, from water pipes to bottle caps - to create functional design objects: elegant lamps or refined small tables.
Each team had access to a marketplace area rich with diverse materials and a well-equipped work zone, where our expert staff provided technical support and inspiration. This creative process not only stimulated collaboration but culminated in a concrete gesture of social responsibility: all created objects were donated to a foundation managing mother-child communities, generating value beyond the experience itself.
Achieved Results
Creative leadership with measurable impact
The experience catalysed exceptional collaborative energy among the area directors, transforming simple waste materials into surprising functional design objects. Participants demonstrated extraordinary creativity and problem-solving capabilities, exceeding initial expectations in both the quality of their creations and the enthusiasm generated. The solidarity dimension of the project added depth to the experience, creating a meaningful bridge between corporate team building and positive social impact.
