Our valued client, IMCD, entrusted us with the planning and execution of a two-day corporate trip near Milan, Italy. The primary focus of the event was internal meetings, complemented by an engaging team-building activity. We were also to find the perfect location for the whole experience, somewhere that provided an added value to the company’s team building exercise.

Farm Building in Valtellina

We transported our clients to a deluxe farmhouse retreat in Valtellina, boasting meeting spaces, a pool, spa facilities, and top-tier dining, including a Michelin-starred restaurant. The real highlight, however, was our distinctive team-building activity called "Farm Building”. It started very early in the morning, as guests joined the farm team to master the ancient craft of goat-milking and butter churning. Since the client wanted the activity to align with the company’s field of interest (beauty and food), teams were challenged to concoct a body scrub using their own, freshly-churned goatbutter and other farmhouse-sourced natural ingredients. They then had to “sell” their creation. In order to win they needed to concoct the best product and deliver the best sales-pitch - all of which, of course, could only be achieved through outstanding teamwork. At the main facility, IMCD conducted the scheduled meetings and, afterwards, the whole team was able to relish authentic local cuisine.
