Aims: Organising a team building session for colleagues to say goodbye and celebrate together before Christmas. Particular emphasis on finding a beautiful, cosy and easy-to-reach venue.
The client's request
Team Building Before the Christmas Holidays: A Challenge by Subito.it
Subito.it requested a team-building experience that would combine the development of professional skills, a focus on solidarity and creativity, and social impact. The request also included an easily accessible and adequately equipped location. We accepted this challenge with great motivation and enthusiasm, ready to create a memorable event in line with the client's expectations.
Our project
Bike for Children, Kokedama and a Farm-to-Table Lunch: a Memorable Team Building Day
We chose an extraordinary countryside facility for this Team Building day, a place in which tradition and modernity came together in perfect harmony. The day's agenda opened with a welcome coffee, setting the stage for smooth social interaction before diving into the ‘Bike for Children’ activity. This charity initiative challenged participants to collaborate in building bicycles for less fortunate children, promoting solidarity and social responsibility in a team context.
This was followed by a lunch prepared with fresh, wholesome products, grown on the local farmhouse's land and served in the characteristic farmstead restaurant we had selected for these activities. We thus ensured an authentic and environmentally friendly culinary experience.
In the afternoon, after a relaxing break in the garden, participants gave free rein to their creativity with the ‘Kokedama Workshop’. This fascinating activity combines nature and manual talent, allowing each team member to create their own traditional Christmas kokedama, a tangible testimony of their shared experience.

The Ideal Event to Celebrate with Colleagues before Christmas
The activities organised were enthusiastically enjoyed by all participants, who also appreciated the quality of the lunch and the atmosphere of the location. All the challenges we suggested tied in particularly well with the Christmas season, allowing everyone to go home with the knowledge that they had done something really useful and contributed to a positive change
