Ansys, a loyal client of our agency’s, recently requested our expertise and assistance in developing a non-profit team building activity. The goal was to strengthen and improve employee relationships and, at the same time, benefit to the community in a concrete manner, by embodying the Christmas spirit of solidarity as part of an innovative project.

A truly special Bike Building

To meet the requests of our client, we suggested a charity version of our "Bicycle building" event. The client agreed enthusiastically, so we arranged for their team to build bikes, earmarked for donation to a local children home. Ansys employees gathered at the chosen venue and showed great interest in and commitment to the task at hand. The enthusiasm and dedication of the whole team made the event even more special and memorable. The day ended with a fine company lunch, a time to reflect on the positive experience they had just shared and to celebrate the success of the whole project. We are proud to have contributed to a charity endeavour that strengthened our client’s team's bond and brought joy to those who need it most.

An impacting result

Through this team building, not only did we provide bicycles for the children living at the facility, but, to encourage a deep understanding of the meaning behind this team-building experience, we arranged for a group of the company’s employees to take part in the actual delivery.
Witnessing the bicycle handover firsthand deeply moved Ansys’ employees, who had the opportunity to tour the facility and directly observe the positive impact of their team-building effort. The initiative took on an even more special significance, since it was planned during the holiday season.
