Our client identified a strategic opportunity to enhance team cohesion during their annual pharmaceutical convention. The objective was to integrate a team building experience - which was a first for this team -that would effectively unite all participants, traditionally divided into separate working groups. The vision called for an engaging and accessible activity, perfectly calibrated for a relaxed Sunday afternoon from 5:30 PM, that would foster spontaneous interaction and strengthen professional bonds in an informal and pleasant context.

Our project brilliantly combined entertainment and corporate strategy through our popular Cocktail Challenge, an activity that unleashes creativity and spontaneity. The experience unfolded in the stunning lakeside garden, transforming a simple Sunday cocktail party into a moment of authentic professional sharing. The uniqueness of this team building event lay in its engaging challenge: creating the definitive corporate cocktail that would enter the official drinks menu for the following evening's dinner. The winning cocktail, a harmonious fusion of vodka and pomegranate juice, captured the company's essence by paying homage to the pomegranate trees in the founder's garden, creating a profound emotional connection between corporate tradition and creative innovation.
