The client wanted to organise an incentive event for 250 guests in a seaside resort that combined elegance, comfort and versatility. We were tasked with finding a luxury venue offering welcoming rooms, a modern conference centre and areas for both sports and leisure. The experience was meant to strengthen group cohesion and provide a stress-free, enjoyable stay for all participants.

After careful analysis, we selected an exclusive resort in Sardinia overlooking crystal-clear waters and a private white beach. The venue offered elegant rooms, a modern conference centre and open spaces for outdoor activities. We flawlessly managed air and ground transfers for 250 guests from Milan, Turin and Rome. The schedule was designed to alternate meetings, leisure and team building moments. Highlights included a seaside “cocktail challenge” team building, a gala dinner on the terrace and poolside aperitifs – perfectly balancing networking and enjoyment.
