We made this happen at our event "Paint Company," designed by our team-building experts and customised exclusively for Elis, one of our esteemed clients. We always strive to deliver innovative and engaging team building activities, but it's our relentless pursuit of sustainability that truly makes a difference in this competitive environment. Our work for Elis harmoniously blended these passions into a memorable experience that all attendees enjoyed.
The perfect location: communing with nature in stunning Tuscany
Picture the scene – a stunning Tuscany resort serving as the backdrop for a unique intersection of artistic flair and environmental consciousness. That's exactly what we achieved with our "Paint Company" format, a celebrated amalgamation of ingenious creativity and environmental consciousness. And, as it turns out, these two elements work wonders together, as they compliment each other beautifully in the course of a memorable team building event. We channeled creative chaos into a unique masterpiece, moulded from unconventional medium – recycled materials sourced from our partners, from construction elements to bamboo and nontoxic paint.
40 participants, gathered in a beautiful venue among the rolling hills of Tuscany, were asked to use such materials to convey a shared artistic vision with a specific theme. After a dynamic icebreaker, we kickstarted the true core of this team building activity. The teams painted on individual canvases, which were then to be assembled into one collective piece. The inevitable fact that the finished work would take on a different meaning than the individual ones that it comprised served to highlight the power of teamwork. The result of collective effort - we were happy to confirm - always spans wider than the scope of individual endeavours.
After working hard on their masterpieces, our attendees were able to prove this point by joining their six canvases together and marvel at the outcome. The final piece, a living symbol of sustainable best practices, serves as a testament to the power of unified creativity, transcending the corporate realm, veering into the entertainment space.
