A Perfect Day of Team Building on the Tyrrhenian Coast

The event was designed for the Grandi Utilities department, a team of around 200 people, and focused on promoting cooperation and healthy competition. To create the perfect atmosphere, the client requested a beachside location near Rome, with the day culminating in a sunset aperitif and a DJ set by the sea.

A Fun and Inclusive Team-Building Experience

After evaluating multiple options, we selected “Giochi Senza Frontiere”, a dynamic multi-challenge game inspired by the famous TV show. Given the diverse age range of participants, we carefully structured the activities to balance logic, creativity, and problem-solving challenges, while including only a few athletic competitions. This approach ensured that all employees, including the older team members, could fully enjoy the event without physical limitations.

The setting for this exciting day was a luxurious beachfront resort in Fregene. The schedule was meticulously planned, beginning with a morning meeting followed by a buffet lunch.

The main team-building activities took place on the beach in the afternoon, creating an atmosphere of camaraderie and excitement. Such initiatives are also perfect in the framework of specific corporate incentive trips. Finally, as the sun set, guests enjoyed an authentic Italian aperitif featuring pizza, local delicacies, and cocktails, followed by an elegant DJ set that kept the energy high into the evening.
