The client request
An incentive trip for 230 employees
The Cyber Security department of BIP, a multinational consulting company, turned to Team Building Milano, in order to put their trust in our experience and professionalism. The request was to organize an incentive trip for 230 employees at a destination that was "convenient" to reach from both Milan and Rome. The location was to offer meeting and workshop space. A second request from Bip was to organize a sports and outdoor team-building activity to make it easier for smart-working employees to get involved.

Games without borders in Tuscany
Halfway between Milan and Rome, the choice could only fall on the beautiful coastal region of Tuscany in a luxurious 4-star resort. The goal was to make the experience totally immersive by engaging the many participants with exciting activities. Starting with an energetic business breakfast and a delicious lunch, guests arrived full of enthusiasm in the afternoon, ready for the team-building activity "Games Without Borders". Employees divided into teams had to compete in various physical tests within the resort's spacious sports area. The winning team was rewarded with exclusive "Smartbox" box sets.
After a delicious buffet dinner, guests entertained themselves with music and hypnotic lights by the pool. The next day, after an excellent breakfast, the company workshop was held: guided by senior managers, participants went through some interactive stations set up in a picturesque outdoor green area, all followed by a delicious buffet lunch. Two days that left employees with wonderful memories and solid bonds.
