We organised a team building Drum Circle activity for our customer Cisco System's office in Vimercate to create an harmonious group gathered by cooperation.
The Drum Circle consists in guiding a group in a musical path through rhythm and melody, based on everyone's listening ability.
The participants begun from a body percussion warm up which developed using percussions and thanks to the help of a simplifier, then the path went on with an "orchestral" activity to end up with a music drum contest during which the group was divided into teams.
We decided to organise this activity in a location surrounded by nature, which could distance the mind from the city and work stress: an ancient agritourism surrounded by the green of a wonderful park.
