Geberit, european leader in sanitarian products sector, chose us of Smart Eventi, amongst all the italian agencies, to design and organize their event oriented to the productive sector of the Gaeta's factory, one of the all 30 production factories in Europe.
The day started with a first part of workshop and a second one of Drum Circle team building, with which we pulled out all the 300 employees' energy and joy, with the rhytm of drums and maracas.
But the event was not just about fun, what emerged from the activity has been the importance of a rhytmical and organized comunication necessary for such a numerous group where the single person has a fundamental role for the team cohesion.
