Aims: Organise a constructive and fun team building
We organised for Mercedes-Benz a team building activity of two days, in particular the Drum Circle.
At the beginning the participants worked together, understanding the use of percussion and giving free their emotions through the use of music. Then we have divided the group into teams and arranged a real contest. Each team had to write music and lyrics of a song and present it to all the other colleagues.
It 'was an activity at the same time constructive and fun that the participants greatly appreciated.
