Aims: Organising a team building activity to improve teamwork and team cohesion
We organised an incentive for Accenture, a leading company in the field of consulting technology services.
We chose an elegant hotel situated at Stresa to hold the event and we divided the day into two parts: a meeting in the morning and, after lunch, a team building activity in the afternoon.
We planned a team building carton boat, which consists in building carton boats that are used to face a water challenge afterwards following a prearranged path.
The main target of the day was the inner cooperation of the group and to strengthen the team cohesion through a creative and amusing activity in a wonderful location.
