Our loyal client Bip contacted us to organize a summer team building with the aim of facilitating communication and sharing between senior management and junior figures in the company. It was to be a fun, lighthearted time out of the hustle and bustle of the office in which people could feel comfortable.

For the occasion, we thought that a creative, hands-on activity such as carton boat team building would be perfect for enabling collaboration among the different personalities and roles of Bip employees. The activity itself consisted of building boats made from pieces of cardboard and duct tape. The team divided into teams competed by sailing their boats along a course on the water. 

The winner would naturally be the fastest team to cross the finish line...possibly in their own boat!

An incredibly stimulating challenge that needed an equally encouraging location, and what better setting than Lake Iseo, on whose shores a delicious dinner was held at the end of the activity.

Goal: direct communication

During the day the atmosphere of collaboration was palpable, within the teams job titles blurred giving way to direct communication aimed at the one goal of winning! The result spoke for itself, the team building carton boat left everyone excited.
