It is a test of sportsmanship but mostly technical skills, which also involves the use of one's creativity. What does this original Team Building consist of?
Each team is given pieces of cardboard of standardized sizes and a certain amount of duct tape. Each team, usually consisting of 6 to 8 competitors, has to build with these materials a boat that is able to cross a stream or waterway or circumnavigate a buoy with some team members on board. This creative team building activity is an incredibly challenging experience for the group especially when, once the cardboard boat is made, they will be able to float and sail in it.
