Aims: - Looking for a rural space suitable for this kind of activities (need of a lot of space and shadow) - Organizing catering (we proposed a barbecue) - Price-giving ceremony at the end of the day to the winning team and medal to all the participants with a final speech by the company CEO
We organised a team building in a former hunt reserve situated in the countryside between Lodi and Pavia, dedicating the whole day to the different activities that we proposed.
This summer camp was developed in July and we organised some trials called solving team for a big group of 150 people.
The day consisted of a sequence of physics and logic outdoor proofs to test and to exalt the participants' abilities setting as a final objective to solve the enigma of the exercise in a fixed period of time.
The target of this team building was to gather the group together and to spend a pleasant day in a cheerful way in a different context from the work environment.
