Heineken Italia Principle Hunt
Date: March 8th, 2017
Duration: Un giorno
Aims: - Scouting location - Organisation of the meeting - Team building's organisation
We organised a team building activity for our customer Heineken Italia, in particular for the HR department, in occasion of the biannual meeting.
We help them to find and select the location as well as creating an original team building in line with the value that they exposed in the briefing.
We chose a luxury hotel, situated in Porta Venezia, one of the most central areas of Milan, characterised by elegance and class.
This location was used to hold the meeting, whereas for the real activity we proposed an outdoor Team Me Up with a "principle hunt": 10 trials which exalted the 10 company principles of Heineken Italia.
The participants were divided into teams who could used Ipads to reach the positions where some missions were activated, each of them matched with a principle.
The most successful trial was the puzzles' constructions in the dark room at the blinds' Institute of Milan, where the guests were guided by blind people. This experience has been moving for all the participants, who felt deeply touched during this path.
