Aveda Incentive Tour Napoli

Our loyal customer Aveda contacted us to organise an incentive tour based in Naples for a group of 40 people.

We proposed an elegant hotel situated in front of Castel dell'Ovo and we managed all the aspects of the event: dinner, lunch, excursions, team building and transfers.

The incentive lasted for three days, during which we proposed different activities to accompany the guests to discover the territory.

On the first day the meeting took place and during the evening we accompanied the guests at an historical and typical Neapolitan restaurant to chill and enjoy the local atmosphere.

During the second day we organised an experience on caique leaving from Naples, going on with a tour around Capri where they had a bath near Faraglioni, a lunch at Capri's port after which we left free time to visit the island and to conclude with an aperitif on the boat with dj set.

On the third day we accompanied the participants on an unusual tour of Naples: a team building with anecdotes and trials to overcame to recover the major number of tips necessary to overcome the final trial.

Then we organised a lunch in a pizzeria in the historical centre of Naples.

Achieved Objectives

The incentive trip organised for Aveda allowed the participants to become a unite and close group thanks to the many unforgettable experiences that they lived together.
