The Client’s Request
Marangoni’s first outdoor team building
The client wanted a fresh, first-time team building experience that immersed participants in nature. The aim was to encourage collaboration, strengthen relationships within the group, and create an engaging, meaningful day where fun, learning, and well-being came together naturally, leaving a positive impact on motivation and team cohesion.
Our Proposal
Outdoor teamwork with purpose
We organised a dynamic and meaningful team building day in nature. Participants collaborated on constructing wheelchairs for an association, which encouraged cooperation, creativity, and collective responsibility. A playful treasure hunt at the start set a lively tone and encouraged engagement. The experience successfully combined enjoyment, teamwork, and social impact, leaving participants inspired and motivated.
Achieved Results
Meaningful, engaging experience
The activity enhanced collaboration and communication naturally, within an informal and stimulating environment. Working in nature and contributing to a charitable project reinforced motivation, belonging, and social consciousness. Participants left with a positive, memorable experience that combined fun and responsibility.
