When planning the annual incentive travel experience for a department of Generali, our agency was asked to identify an exclusive venue in the immediate vicinity of Milan, combining it with a stimulating and engaging Christmas activity. The proposal had to combine the festive atmosphere with an exciting team-building experience, the key elements for a highly attractive corporate event.

Corporate Incentive and an Exclusive Team Building Experience in a Former Monastery

We curated an extraordinary experience for the client's corporate team at a luxury resort in beautiful Franciacorta, housed in a former Capuchin monastery, an example of tradition evolving into extra-luxury hospitality. This out-of-the-ordinary stay allowed participants to enjoy a perfect balance of regenerating moments and team building activities. The programme kicked off with a total ‘remise en forme’ in the private spa, with yoga sessions on offer, all topped off by a sophisticated dinner in a room with a regal atmosphere and a gourmet menu. The following day, the team engaged in a Christmas activity designed to strengthen interpersonal bonds, handcrafting personalised Christmas hampers to give to loved ones and delicacies such as biscuits and hazelnut cream, under the expert guidance of a chef selected by us.
