A Different Spin on Team Building: When Solidarity Meets Professional Growth
We joined forces with the agency No Loop to offer the Merz Aesthetics team a unique team building activity – one that doubled as an opportunity for personal and professional growth. Scheduled alongside their annual meeting for 35 Italian salespeople in Milan, the event transformed into a valuable experience combining traditional team building with a solidarity project. Rather than mere entertainment, participants engaged in substantial content that allowed them to feel part of a cohesive, socially conscious team.

From Teamwork to Charity: The Unique Experience of Chairity Building for NoLoop and Merz Aesthetics
Our 'CHAIRity Building' event was the antithesis of forced fun - an ingenious mashup of mentally stimulating team challenges and altruistic craftsmanship. Across three dynamic phases, colleagues banded together to construct and personalise wheelchairs destined for a local Alzheimer's charity.
The first act? Cracking codes and brain teasers to earn essential chair components. Once briefed by the experts, phase two kicked into gear as teams got hands-on assembling their chairs, fostering true collaboration.
But the pièce de résistance was the climactic customisation segment - a heartfelt opportunity to inscribe the chairs with inspirational messages before a commemorative group snap. These bespoke wheelchairs then winged their way to those in need, leaving an indelible community impact. Strengthening workplace unity whilst championing a worthy cause - now that's killing two birds with one stone.

The Joy of Learning and Growing as a Team
Once again, we smashed client expectations out of the park with our trademark passion and prowess. This tailor-made experience wasn't just engaging - it packed an authentic emotional punch that left participants absolutely buzzing. Witnessing firsthand the very real, very positive difference they made to a vulnerable population was far more powerful than any company retreat trust fall. By getting stuck in and seeing the tangible fruits of their labour, they formed a profound connection to the initiative's altruistic core. Now that's what we call corporate bonding with heart.
