When Saint Gobain entrusted us with the organisation of a team-building event at a fine Agriturismo, we immediately suggested our very popular “Cocktail Challenge”: a challenge to test skills and creativity, learn and strengthen team spirit. Moreover, it was the perfect activity to follow a delicious Italian “aperitivo”.

Our team building format "Cocktail Challenge" was an immediate success with this client. Participants, divided into groups, had tools and ingredients to create cocktails. In the first phase, teams had to replicate a cocktail from our bartender, testing their technical skills. It was a challenging task that required precision and dexterity. The second phase stimulated creativity: each group came up with a cocktail that represented their company, with original decorations, promoting inventiveness and team cohesion. At the end, amidst moving shakers and clinking glasses, we awarded the best amateur bartender and the most creative and united team. The "Cocktail Challenge" team building proved to be an engaging experience, combining fun and healthy competition, revealing hidden talents and strengthening internal bonds within the team.

The experience was engaging and was able to unite and entertain colleagues, conveying a deep sense of inclusion. Each participant, through his or her own efforts, contributed to the collective success, strengthening the spirit of collaboration and sense of team membership.
