Generali entrusted us with an important task: designing a corporate trip with team building elements, to reward an internal team, celebrate the year’s achievements, and prepare for the challenges of the new season. We were asked to create an exclusive experience in a quiet location, not far from Milan.

An estate surrounded by greenery and a curling challenge

For this client, we selected a dream estate surrounded by greenery, just a stone's throw from Lake Como: a 1,500-square-meter spa, an exclusive restaurant, state-of-the-art meeting facilities, and luxurious rooms. The guests kicked off their stay by relaxing in the spa, then moved on to work in the meeting room. Afterwards, they engaged in a mixology challenge to encourage team spirit (literally): divided into groups, they created unique cocktails, competing for the prize to the most original. The evening was enhanced by a star-studded dinner in a glass-panelled restaurant overlooking the beautiful Lake-Como scenery. After a night in their comfortable rooms, a curling challenge awaited our guests in the morning: divided into teams, they challenged each other in the skating rink, combining healthy competition and fun in one engaging activity.

The event was an extraordinary success, exceeding all expectations and leaving the client ecstatic. The team building dynamic we had carefully chosen for this special occasion offered participants a unique platform to fully express their creativity. Through stimulating and engaging activities, each individual had the opportunity to showcase his or her skills while helping to strengthen the bond with other team members. This brought out a deep sense of belonging to the company, highlighting the importance of collaboration and teamwork.
