Swedish client Pharmetheus, a leader in the pharmaceutical industry, chose us to organize an incentive trip to Italy for its 10th corporate anniversary. Meetings and team-building activities would be planned during the stay, as well as leisure time exploring the beauty of our country.

Our client's request was clear: to have a beautiful Italian experience in a location nestled in the hills that was easily accessible from the airport. The choice fell on a wonderful villa, not far from Fiumicino, near Frascati that, in addition to offering prestigious guest rooms, would provide dedicated spaces for prearranged meetings and rooms suitable for team building activities.

During the four-day stay, guests were able to balance aggregating experiences and moments of reflection. The first day with team building doubles: as the first activity we thought that Drum Circle could be a great way to break any tensions, involving the participants to the sound of rhythm and music; for the evening instead we created for the guests an atmosphere full of mystery thanks to a dinner with a crime, during which the diners participated with great enthusiasm.

On the second day, after dedicating the morning to meetings, the guests of the relais had the opportunity to experience Mediterranean cuisine with an exclusive team cooking organized with the facility's chefs: a very important moment for themselves since they had never in their careers participated in a similar activity. The teams found themselves making two typical types of pasta: gnocchi and fettuccine, accompanied by cannoli and cannoncini. It was an incredible experience that brought a strong sense of collaboration among the participants but did not end with the termination of the team building; in fact, the guests got to taste their own dishes during dinner to which was added a wine tasting activity organized in collaboration with a local sommelier.

During the third day, alternating between the many scheduled meetings, we organized a trip to the Roman castles that ended with a majestic gala dinner set in a splendid villa overlooking Lake Albano.

On the morning of the fourth and final day, the facility guests were arranged to leave, except for the company managers, who extended their stay for two more days so that they could finish their prearranged meetings and gatherings.

An incredibly educational experience

The organization of the trip was a success, the guests really enjoyed both the location chosen and the activities carried out. The entire event was an incredibly formative experience for the staff of Team Building Milano, and the results achieved greatly enriched our professional background.
