We organised an incentive in Milan which lasted for two following weekends for the best sales agent of our customer Swisscom e Mobilzone, in collaboration with the Swiss Event Agency Suebo AG.
This is an excellent example of collaboration between agencies, aiming at satisfying our customer's requests in the best possible way.
The first day has been more relaxing and it was developed in the name of shopping and fun, whereas for the second day, which was formative, we planned a team building.
We chose to organise a team cooking to make the group closer to our tradition and origins.
We chose a location situated in the centre of Milan, just a few minutes from the Castle, known for the ability of gathering the taste for ancient times and the charm of modernity together in a really peculiar restaurant.
After dividing the group into teams, each one had the task to recreate a typical Italian recipe: pizza, tagliatelle with pesto, gnocchi with tomato, salty cakes and tiramisù.
Then we organised an outdoor lunch to conclude the day where the participants could taste the food they prepared before.
