Siram Incentive with Team Cooking

Customer Request

Our customer Siram asked for Smart Eventi's support to organize an incentive in occasion of the Educational of the company international team, which included different activities among which a team building.

The event lasted for one week and we proposed an elegant and modern 4-star hotel as a location, which is situated in a central area of Milan, where the guests participated to the meeting and where they stayed for the night.

On the first day, after visiting their systems in Bergamo, the team building activity took place and we proposed a team cooking which took place in a equipped location nearby.
During the activity the participants have been divided into teams and they challenged in the preparation of a complete menu which included typical Italian dishes.

The food topic has been the main character of the other evenings too because each of them was dedicated to a specific cuisine: the first evening to pizza and the dinner took place at a famous pizzeria gourmet, the second dinner took place in a typical restaurant of lombardo-tirolese cuisine and the third, the gala night, at a luxury hotel which offers an amazing view on Milano's skyline.

Achieved Objectives

The incentive allowed the participants to do different pleasant activities together and to getting to know themselves better outside the work environment.

In particular the team building pushed them to test their abilities and to develop a great team spirit to achieve a common objective.
