Organising an incentive trip to celebrate the successes of the working year

As a reward for 55 employees, Selexi decided to once again rely on us to organize a winter incentive trip that could offer participants an opportunity to compare their achievements in 2022, without neglecting the importance for the team to be able to relax and have fun.

Christmas atmosphere in Franciacorta

For the Christmas occasion, we found the perfect location in the hills of Franciacorta in a 4-star hotel with an antique flavour. in which guests stayed for two days enjoying the atmosphere created by the snowy panorama.

In one of the rooms made available by the hotel, we organised a company meeting followed by an aperitif and gala dinner. The evening ended with an open bar service and a brendied video ceremony. 

Before returning to the city, a visit was organised for guests, followed by a wine tasting, to one of the area's most renowned wineries, in the far north-eastern corner of Franciacorta, surrounded by an evocative and bucolic landscape.

A textbook incentive trip

The incentive trip was organised to perfection without encountering any unforeseen events and our customer renewed the loyalty relationship by leaving us very positive feedback.

Selexi considers the Christmas event  noteworthy as it closes the work experience of the year, requiring a suitable location both for a professional meeting and a celebration at the end.

The location met both needs, and for the third time, Smart Eventi met the expectations of management and collaborators.
