Our loyal client Empire Communication contacted us to organize an incentive trip abroad easily accessible from Veneto in the summertime to reward its best employees.

A foreign destination easily accessible from Veneto in the summer: a very specific request that found its solution in beautiful Croatia. We found for guests a 4-star resort with all desirable services and amenities in a quiet seaside resort on the Lanterna peninsula. 

During the trip, we organized two highly engaging activities for the participants: a motor sailboat tour departing from the coast of Porec and heading to Rovinj among the crystal clear blue waters of the bay. Not to miss a high-impact team building activity, we then proposed a "Carton boat" building. 

The latter consists of building a navigable boat made of cardboard and duct tape. An indispensable part of this team building is for the team to navigate the boat by crossing a path on the water, which in this case was designed on the resort's private beach.

Achived results

A perfect mix of fun, relaxation and work

Empire Communication employees were enthusiastic about the proposed activities and the chosen destination. It was a relaxing and fun trip as well as constructive for the team. To make the trip perfect, we took care of every aspect: transportation, restaurants, tours and activities. The result was a perfect middle ground between work, fun and relaxation.
