Medi-Market: two-day convention focused on team engagement and values
Medi-Market Italy, a leading Belgian brand in the pharmaceutical and parapharmaceutical sector, recently held its first national corporate convention.
The event, which lasted two days, was designed to bring together headquarters staff and district managers with a dual objective: celebrating achievements and fostering authentic employee engagement. Special emphasis was placed on the social moments — the dinner and after-dinner experiences — as well as the team-building activity, which consistently proves to be a pivotal moment for strengthening team bonds.
Medi-Market Italia: strategic choice of venue
Several premium venues were shortlisted, spanning both lake and seaside destinations. The final choice was a luxury four-star facility in an exclusive location on Lake Garda — the perfect setting for Medi-Market’s first national convention, and also the backdrop for our specially curated, adrenaline-filled team-building activities.
The event began with a warm welcome and a welcome lunch, followed by the distribution of personalised name badges. The afternoon was dedicated to the corporate meeting, enriched by custom-designed graphic installations that enhanced the atmosphere of the meeting space.
Motivational session with Olympic champion Jury Chechi
The highlight of the first day was the motivational speech delivered by Olympic champion Jury Chechi. His talk, anchored in the company’s core values, inspired participants and set a strong emotional tone for the rest of the event.
The evening continued in a private lakeside area, where guests enjoyed an exclusive dinner followed by a DJ set in a vibrant yet refined atmosphere. This convivial moment played a central role in fostering interpersonal connections among attendees and is often the perfect way to conclude a successful event.
Outdoor team building to reinforce bonds
The second day featured an outdoor team building activity modelled after “Games Without Borders”, a format we have been successfully proposing for years. Ideal weather conditions contributed to the energy and enjoyment of the activity, creating shared memories and strengthening team dynamics.
